The reason for this is that in the Japanese version, the person trades a Graveler for a Kadabra. Since Kadabra evolves by trading, the trainer commented that it evolved. His trade request was changed for the English version, but what he says wasn't.

oye una pregunta...y es para todos ... como consigo al lapras??? me kede atrapado en las 5 medallas y necesito el lapras para "transportarme" al otro lado una isla creo q es.., aun no vi ^^

@matyCMJ No necesitas a Lapras. Lo que necesitas es la MO 5 que se encuentra en ciudad Fucsia, donde esta la Zona de Safari. Alli debes de ingresar a la Zona de Safari y llegar hasta el fondo (no es complicado) y entrar en la cabaña para recibir un premio, que es la MO Surf que permite a un Pokemon hacer Surf y viajar por el agua.
Pero si deseas obtener al pokemon Lapras, debes de hablarle al empleado de SYLPH S.A que esta en el cuarto en donde te enfrentas a tu rival. No esta en estado salvaje.
