Doug Feith appearing on 60 Minutes talks to Steve Kroft about the list he made up prior to our invading Iraq where he stated every single problem that might happen, that has happened, but still thinks all of this was a good idea. Can't.....fix....stupid. And they're allowing this guy to actually teach somewhere.

None of the international bodies tracking is has figures anywhere close to this fabrication. Also any death count should include estimates of internecine violence.
