This is my winning Film for the Underwater Festival 2010. It was shot over 5 days and 10 dives at Christmas Island
It was shot on a Sony FX7 in a Amphbico Endeavor Housing with a flat port. The light Rig is Light & Motion Sunray 1000.
The restrictions were that the film had to be under 10 minutes in length.
This film really had no direction when it started, due to the fact I have never been to Christmas Island before. After 2 dives it started to take shape. The film focuses on the corals of the island, which were breathtaking!
Would love to travel back here with a Wide-angle lens during Whaleshark season.
Great video.. I loved Christmas Island :)

Very nice work, very professional, it has nothing to envy of the ones I have seeing from BBC.
I don't understand why you could film only 10 minutes?
Are you a biologist? You really sound like you know what your talking abut.
