american football and rugby are different sports so stop fucking comparing them. Its like comparing lacrosse to snooker, no point. just a waste of time, they're both brilliant sports in their own rights so everyone just shut up and get on with their lives.

@MrBaconSTRlPS its because of president roosevelt back in the early 1900's. he wouldn't have violent sports in his country. so he told us to make some kind of protection.

if he had meant to take it in the air so that the tackle would be illegal, he timed it horrendously and got munched (legally, always more frustrating!)
