@amir06 She is British of Nigerian descent. I have never heard Gina Yashere refer to herself as Nigerian, so I think she embraces more of a British identity than a Nigerian identity. She evens jokes about going to Nigeria to discover her roots and discovering that her roots were in London/Bethnal Green.
