Aye, this is a remix of my favourite Castlevania IV track for the GBA Circle of the Moon. Castlevania IV itself has a version of Bloody Tears from the original.

Castlevania commonly rehashes old themes and soundtracks andm remixes them with the latest technology. A technique I'm a massive fan of!

you're right, there's actually two songs from Castlevania IV that used similar openings.

this is a mix of the two with different percussion and different chord pattern at 1:07-1:20.
