..."And the truth is that most folks who suffer from B12 deficiency are meat eaters..."
The truth is most people on the planet are meat eaters. The most deficient population, however, is vegans. Not vegetarian and not meat-eaters.
And I'm very tired of your incessant stalking of me, following me from video to video with your nonsensical spam.
I will never, ever reveal my name and address to you - you're obviously a mentally-unstable person. YOU asked my credentials, I provided. Go away.

@checkingavailabilify Do you have a point?

@LCHFinCanada "The truth is it can easily take 3 to 6 years for a B12 deficiency to manifest." And the truth is that most folks who suffer from B12 deficiency are meat eaters. Another fact here is that most of those who suffer from B12 deficiency are ingesting plenty of B12.
I am curious why it is such an immature obsession with you. You harp on B12 on every YT vid while you ignore your extremely high risks of disease and death on an animal diet.
Now you claim to be a cardiologist. Prove it!

"But here is the problem with using the health argument in this way—it’s that there isn’t any health argument for veganism. So to make an argument for a 100% vegan diet based on health benefits alone, we have no choice but to stretch the truth. We have to overstate the benefits of vegan diets, and sometimes minimize or dismiss the risks. And as soon as we stray from the actual facts, our advocacy is on shaky ground." - Ginny Merssina - Vegan RD

@LCHFinCanada Very true, deficiencies can take a long time to manifest. A great way to prevent this from happening is to do a blood test annually to make sure all the numbers are in range...

@TheCoolVegetarian "...Personally, I take B-12 supplements..."
I wish more vegans and vegetarians would. The truth is the risk of not supplementing is just too high. Many people that eliminate meat / animal products from their diet think they're doing great because after a year or two they have no deficiency...
The truth is it can easily take 3 to 6 years for a B12 deficiency to manifest.
Every vegan MD (McDougall, Esselstyn, etc.) agrees B12 supplementation is essential.
I am really skeptical , I don't think that enough organic growers re-mineralize Thier soils, Plants don't need the amount of minerals we do to thrive . I think we are playing roulette if we assume organic means nutrient dense , it may or it may not . You can call something organic but what are the soils like that it was grown in ? If you supplement you know you are getting the nutrition . If you don't you are just hoping .

@jeremiahhumble hmmm... You can always find an organic farm nearby, and personally inquire about the soil. Sometimes what organic farmers will do is rotate crops, green manure, compost, skip a year to let the soil rest and re-mineralize...
