in the bill of the Hr 2977 it states that any weapon system is to be banned from use and to be produced in space....what happens when that rock from the movie Armageddon comes around? we don't got no fancy drilling equipment to fly off to the rock...if you had a few turrets that could not be remote controlled and put a gunner in them that wont start WW3, wouldn't that work? or what?

The session of the Subcommittee that took place on July 1, 1969 involved discussions about Synthetic Biological Agents.
