Why is it that at different frames the "looters" are different in number and color of clothing. The backgrounds are different in several frames and then no "looters" are around when they crush the vehicle. I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but everyone should pay attention to the details in videos like this before making comments. The video has been edited, that is a fact, for what purpose is an entirely different question.
