I'm a 46 year old traceur. I've been working on my Parkour Flow technique, partially to find a softer style that is easier on my knees! I learned this from Chad Zwadlo's excellent Parkour Flow Tutoral (http://youtu.be/n_az0pC315s). I filmed a lot today and plan to edit up a much longer clip. Enjoy!

  • =) great job, i like your videos, my english is bad, i practice parkour too

  • @kurtcobain133 Thanks, Armondo. Y no te preocupes, tu inglés se entiende muy bien. De donde eres?

  • Nice man! Cool to see that people are watching my videos and learning from them! Try to land a little lighter and on one foot at a time. This way on many of your transitions you will be able to land on that one foot and immediately take off into your next vault. It will make everything a little smoother. Keep it up!

  • @zwadloc Thanks, Chad! And thanks so much for posting your extremely thorough tutorial. You gave me new challenges to work on. As for the landings, you're right; this is the first time I've filmed myself doing this, and I had never realized how loud my landings get at times. Sometimes I seem to get stuck when I have an especially hard landing, and it feels like I'm fighting it a little to get to the next move. I'll work on this some more. Thanks again!

  • @TimothyChenAllen Sick flow, keep working on it and it'll be smoother than Chad's! Also consider adding some sit turns in that flow combo, that would also be a cool addition to your arsenal. Keep goin man, you're definitely a big inspiration!

  • @ScaredDoggyPK Thanks! Truly appreciated. I doubt I'll ever be smoother than Chad, but my goal is to be the smoothest Tim I can be! I'll definitely keep working on this; I was out there for 30 minutes today after work!
