OK, that's your opinion. Mine, however, is that Hawkins has survived so long as the Foos drummer more because he & Grohl have become such good friends as bandmates rather than his actual technical ability. Similar to Jack Irons tenure with Pearl Jam. Irons obviously wasn't the most proficient of their drummers, but, he WAS close friends with Vedder years before he got the job. Don't discout that as a deciding factor. You Taylor Hawkins fans are a sensitive bunch, that's for sure.

@Fakename70 Taylor Hawkins is a fine drummer Dave got rid of Goldsmith because he didn't like the sound of Will's drumming if Taylor Was THAT BAD he wouldn't have survived since 1997 Dave would have been disstaisfied with Taylor and got rid of him plus the Foo Fighters are a guitar band Dave has openly admit to it theres of them one of Taylor. And of course Dave is better than Taylor Dave is one of the best drummers in the world but to the point Taylors fine.
