16 oz (2 cups) whole milk
8 oz (2 sticks) salted butter
2 tsp kosher salt
8 oz (1½ cups) all purpose flour
4-6 whole eggs depending on size
FILLING FOR EACH CREAM PUFF
½ oz (1 tbsp) nugget of Brie
1 tsp berry jam
1 tsp pear chutney
