I just dropped 5000 dollars to repair a leak on a tile roof. Apparently in California code, they don't tar the underlayment . After 15 years or so the elements, rain, sun and wind jack up the roof. I will consider learning to lay down the good stuff since I got 4 properties. Your email is the the UK ?

@tanhelmet You couldnt be more wrong. EPDM is quick and easy to install, its far more superior than Felt etc, its all Cold lay. 2 Adhesives pirmarily used to lay the EPDM, Bonding and Waterbase Adhesive. No doubt it looks good , durable and all that,however it looks super very complicated to install, needs awful longer time to install with superbly skilled installers = super expensive ? Is it ?
