  • It must have been related to dehydration, I didnt use to drink water during workouts

  • I bought one for running the other day and went flat out in a race, but then used it for cycling yesterday and tried to stay between 120-140 to burn fat. It seemed ok to stay at the same pace, over undulating ground and with wind resistance.

  • Was the course hilly?

  • an specific pace por each type of training: easy, speed, tempo and long runs.

    Thats why now I've quit the HRate monitor.

  • I used to train using a HRate monitor but, in order to keep into the right intensity, i had to change my pace constantly.

    I read that it is better to maintain a given pace...
