are you saying that the skin adjusts itself if you are patient? I used to break out if my skin got too dry cause it made more oil...

Thanks for the informative videos. I have cut out meat from our diet and I find it has helped but not eliminated completely. Have you tried Acnepractice. com products? I find some videos with very good results here on youtube.
