Nice technique. Can you tell me: are your feet planted flat on the floor, or are you on the balls of your feet? Also, where did you learn your technique?
jackintheboxoffire 5 months ago
@jackintheboxoffire feets are planted flat on floor, my goal is to have a solid base to have a better transmition of energy from the floor to the bar.
Technique was not learned, is trial and error, try to find what fits you best. Depending on ou body type it will change from person to person. Try to find your better leverage.

really good, i think you only didnt quite lock out on 7 because you pushed the bar too far over your head. You got a great arch aswell im not flexible enough to do that, and even when i can i lose it when i unrack the bar
franco18grant 1 year ago
@franco18grant i know what you mean about the arch and unracking, it's hard to keep the arch. You have to try to do the unrack with your triceps, without lats. It's hard to do that because one naturally uses the lats for pressing, but once you got it, you have the most stable position.
