Episode 2, Level 3: Warp Factor. Duke3D has several Star Trek references, and this video shows but one of them. Shoot a button, go through a secret doorway that opens up, and you'll find the bridge from TNG, complete with Picard's Ready Room. Use his computer to access the Really Ready Room.
