  • Dear Bodybuilding fans. In regards to that constant irritation which is the psychopath 'SteroidsR4losers'. I think that youtube is not taking any action against him, so we should now just ignore him completely. Just like he ignores our comments we should stick to what we think and just not reply or comment to him or about him. Just think of him as spam and ignore his comments completely. This will get him off our mind, and it might make him lose his mind. My view.

  • What water bottle is he using? PM Me please!

  • @Malphas007 If you aim for BB, working out 6 times a week is not too much, but you should work different muscles every time. Workout one muscle group only once in 5-7 days. You can visit gym for example in the morning, do 2 musclegroups really hard, then return in the evening, and do one OTHER muscle group really hard. Maximise workout in short time. 30 sec breaks. Don't waste more than 45 minutes there. Have at least 2 days of rest in a week. max 4 sets per musclegroup. EAT A LOT ;)

  • @banksj54 Thats what Zack Khan uses

  • @ikadir18 agreed .. and he claims to be bigger than jay cutler lol

  • @anthonybbb18 there are several you should try HEMO Rage Black by Nutrex or Animal Rage by Animal

  • Phil is the best!

  • @BodybuildingNGames Yea exactly, i hate people arguing over nutrition is 80% 60% 40% etc. or whatever. There just dependant on each other

  • Sorry for the noob question. I understand resting and food is the way to build muscle but heres my question, is working out 6 times a week too much and my muscles aint getting the rest they need? I dont workout 6 days fully, 3 days, 1 day off then another 3 days.

  • @jszczur42 i might try black powder i have seen it for a while but i was iffy about it. but the first pre-workout supplement i took was MRI's NO2's and it worked really good but they were really expensive when i bought them like 6 or 7 years ago. for a month or two supply they were like 100 bucks

  • @anthonybbb18 I took nano vapor and i also felt like i could fall asleep. I have been using all universal nutrition products with awesome results. Muscle tech is an awesome brand but very expensive. I drink a few cups of coffee before i lift with "storm" and 100% beef aminos from universal and i feel great. But the only pre workout that worked for me was "black powder" from MRI
