On the first day of July, 2009, John Puda and I drove around northeast Ohio hoping for great Class I action from CSX and NS. What we got, however, wasn't exactly the amount of action we had hoped, but more great catches than we could've thought of! In this video, you will see trains from Willoughby, Madison, Painesville, Perry, and Berea, OH, and great surprises from the west, the north, and even the mountainous east!

  • Nice! I cought a CP GEVO on the BNSF yesterday, they seem to be getting around.

  • Yeah, as a matter of fact, I've been in Illinois the past few days and I just missed a CP GEVO on a BNSF Z Train in Lockport.

  • LOVE THE GEVOS AND THE WARBONNET

  • Nice, catches loved the BNSF swoosh and Cp units!!!!!!!!!

  • Turns out that the train with two CP units was actually Q377. And the train you saw on NS was 206, not 22K. The 22K ran later in the day with a pair of SD80MAC's - number 7211 and 7208.

  • Yeah, too bad it didn't have anything besides CSX.
