I had the exact same problem. it might me a operating system issue, I think I tried three computers before one recognized the camera as a drive. I just pulled out the entire folder and it will will install fine when you open the EXE file.

@anplove1 no idea what your specific question is since I do not have the camera, but from my knowledge the Aqua mode changes the way audio is recorded and also white balance since things look "different" under water
