WTF November.. I've completely failed this month but I'm going to get back on track! The Holiday Season kicked my ass and I've been eating nothing but CRAP since Halloween!

  • It's an endurance contest, not a sprint. There will be up weeks, as well as down. The important thing is that you recognize and take corrective measures more quickly than you have in the past. The 5DPT will definitely help whip you into shape. Isn't it amazing how those carbs breed cravings? You can do this !

  • Girl, we are in the same boat except I have gained 6 lbs this month.. WTF... I haven't been eating a bunch of things I'm not suppose to ... I don't even wanna see what Thanksgiving is going to bring... I need to do the 5 day pouch test as well... please let me now how it goes.. :) Good luck!!!

  • How are you doing Hun? You can do this! I had bypass 7 years ago and Im a Bariatric Coach now. Let me know if I can support you. I use to be 305 lbs. We all have struggles when it comes to weight loss and food even the "skinny" people :-) so dont be too hard on yourself.
