Tip:#1 Place eggs in the cold water and then begin a boil slowly...You'll save
almost all of them... Less Humpty Dumpties..or none at all.
Tip:#2 When eggs are done (12 min.) Run cold water over them, then empty
pot leaving the eggs in and give them a couple of cracks..Then refill the pot with
cold water again to cool (10-20 min)... The cracked shell will allow the cool water
seep under the shells membrane ...You'll be amazed at how much EZer they'll peel..

Good tutorial-I just made 2 bottles-22 eggs but I don't have all the spices but most basic ingredients-I live in the Philippines-they don't even have dill pickles here in the stores. Pickled eggs will be served xmas eve!
