You have been inspired or awakened by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and are looking for an experienced guide and mentor to help you bridge the gap between what you are learning and how you are living.

You feel that push from within to change and want to clarify your vision and create a plan of action for moving forward.

You want to live your life on purpose and be held accountable for initiating action week in and week out.

You are aware of your negative habits and conditioning and how they keep you from moving forward. You are ready to push through your blocks and take your life to that next level.

You want to heal and come to terms with the past and experience greater degrees of acceptance and forgiveness so you can create your future from a clean slate.

You get stressed and feel off balance. You want to get clear on the best approach for being present and maintaining a state of calm assertiveness when dealing with the demands of life.

As a spiritual life coach, Greg specializes in working with conscious minded professionals and business owners looking to achieve success in life and business. Greg is a master guide and spiritual mentor and offers the highest levels of support for taking action and attaining the desired results.

  • Hey... I used Zen techniques such as "What's going on Now?" and asked me that quite a lot - which helped me feeling calmer. Then a lot of outside fuzz happened, and I lost focus all together. Suddenly I had maybe 100 different thoughts, judgments and tons of anger, and I still don't know how to make it all go away. Don't feel very present anymore, just very very angry with a lot of catalysts for my anger. How can I become present beyond my rage/anger?

  • @aurvakur Thanks for the great question. It is challenging to feel present when rage/anger have a grip on you. When that is the case, deep acceptance of what is happening is so critical so you don't fuel it further with more negative thinking/judgments. Once it passes and you feel calmer, it is critical to use meditation or other tools for growing in presence. It is your state of presence that determines how you respond to anger when it arises... how much it "hooks" you. Good luck. Greg

  • Hi, I feel partially awakened, I have realize that my thoughts are very compulsive and they always take over. This deep realization has ensued within me, past couple days I have been very successful in reminding myself to observe the Now. Even during work, stressful situations, I can remind myself to take a deep breath and take me to the presence within me. Just wondering how much progress I am making and do you have any suggestions at this point?

  • @BlaznRage One tip that Eckhart has offered to gauge where we are at on the path: the degree of peace you feel within. To be able to remind yourself to take a deep breath and follow that to the presence within, even in stressful situations, is a great sign of your presence power!! Keep doing what you are doing!! I don't think anyone can over do it with regards to meditation - so maybe explore a new meditation style and see if it brings you deeper. Group meditation is also great!

  • @Leitstutenprinzip Yes, that strong inner force of judging/complaining is a hard one to turn around. Not only does it have momentum within you, but society is for the most part unconscious and looks at judging/complaining as normal and a basic human right! So there is also a wave of negative energy generated by the whole that perpetuates judging and complaining. So be aware of this larger source of negativity as you create that solution for yourself! All the best!

  • @Thet3 I have two suggestions for you. The first is to cultivate your state of presence in a way that resonates with you ~ meditation, yoga, walking in nature, reflective reading, group experiences. Practice more = forget less. And as you are practicing observe the experience you are having. Observing amplifies the effect. Once you are on a path of growth, then withdraw energy from the forgetfulness. It just is, and any frustration leads to more forgetfulness! Sending you positive vibes!

  • @GregLarsen

Alot of the time I forget to be in the now!!! & get fustrated!!! is there anything you do daily to stay their??

  • @GregLarsen I struggled for years with my ability to create really negative things when feeling bad and expecting failure (did not know the reason) as fast as I now attract good things when I am thankful for what I already have, concentrate dedicatedly on what I am doing at the very moment. Although I later knew why this happened, there was this strong inner force of judging/complainting. I simply could not stop it. But now I am confident that I can solve it! Thank you so much again!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks so much. These are deep insights and I often have that "WOW!!!" feeling myself.

  • Thanks Stefanie! So glad you found this segment so helpful. A key factor in the Law of Attraction is your current vibration - or you could say your state of presence. So intending for the highest expression of presence will naturally make you more attractive! How awesome you get a response within hours - a great reflection of your spiritual growth. Have a great day! Greg
