Nin's Steve doesn't look faster, it IS faster, he knows how to cancel every move, ducking in, sway, etc. into other moves perfectly, that's why he's been world champion.

I main steve and i hate people who always use the move (i play ps2 so i don't know if this right and don't say what the hell kind of move is that cuz i do ps2 controls so I'm guessing here) d+b 2+1 a.k.a diagonally backward and square plus triangle right lol
