Chris Matthews is full of it. It's incredibly easy and cheap to get a photo ID, if in fact you are a citizen and over 18. You cannot fly without a picture ID. You cannot conduct the vast majority of financial activities without photo ID. So why are people like Matthews and the Democrats so against photo ID? They know full well that the Democrats are getting 90-something % of the illegal votes and it favors them in close elections. Simple as that. The Democrats don't mind fraud if it helps them!

Mass law states you must have your residence in Mass to vote there & defines residence as "where a person dwells and which is the center of his domestic, social, and civil life."
