People, Taiwan has right to be independent, ok? I know that China is a proud country, but.. come on!!! People have right to be independent. I like China, I like Taiwan and I don't see any reasons why You guys shouldn't live in peace. It's like with Poland and Russia. I like Russians, but stupid governments of Poland and Russia don't like each other. But do these two nations hate each other? I doubt in it. Politicians make troubles, not nations.

Right. The KMT seems to determine to replace the CCP's rule on China. However, the people of Taiwan is a anti-war nation and prefer the proposal of "one country on each side of the Strait." So the KMT is the real enemy of Chinese instead of Taiwanese.
