People of Rome should spay and neuter their pets and not let them run loose. Floyd Co. Animal Control is one of the highest kill shelters in the whole state. You walk in that shelter and you can feel the fear - the animals all know they are going to die.

The Coosa River does not go all the way to the Gulf of Mexico...It flows into the Alabama River which flows into the Gulf.
