Mawar Berduri (HQ)

This time around, I am taking you on a journey back to the 70s. Mawar Berduri was written by Indonesian songwriter A Riyanto, and has been covered by many prominent Indonesian singers such as Broery Marantika, Teti Kadi, Mus Muljadi, to name but a few.

The arrangement is based on the arrangement by Andre Hassan in his "Lagu-lagu Sweet Memories Indonesia Sepanjang Masa" book, and improvised by me as I go along.
