@cherrybomb2600 Yes, the year the TV became interactive, and the news reader conversated with my internal thoughts, was the year I tuned out. Not interested in the slightest with mind controlling TV sets. YouTube is just as bad. Pretty much over a decade ago I realised, computers are generating the images you see on the screen. Consider the graphics of hd video games. They are 1280x800 pixels in size. Now, a standard TV some 10 years ago was 320x200 pixels in size. Easy 2 create.

tv is evil. subliminal messages. I don't want them. There's a lot wrong w/watching tv! I've had no signal since tv went digital around 2-3 years ago. I don't remember how many years, but I feel a lot better!

Listen to "Throw away your telivision" by Red Hot Chili Peppers, it gives you extreme motivation to say fuck your tv and be done with that shit.

But also it's good to note that it's not necessarily watching the TV that makes it "bad" per se, but the content of WHAT you're watching.
