I have never hunted with a bow, but I imagine one needs to bring the animal in close for an effective shot. I like the Idea of decoys...
This next season, I think I will try this and see what happens.

Hi Kodiak1966....thank for viewing.....when i call a moose i start by calling reely low and in short burst...wait 15 min...and if nothing moved call again but at a higher tone....then wait and call every hour....but if nothing moved after a few hour of calling...stop...and dont call no more for a few hours....sometime i make the cow call on 1 side and turn around a do the buck call on the otherside....making them think that another moose is trying to get there before the other one..hope it help.
