To borrow from 'Glee', she looks like a sad clown hooker.  I guess she's trying to distance herself from the Disney image, but it just comes off as a bit ridiculous and pathetic. I don't get why any young actress/singer/whatever feels the need to whore themselves and be sluts. She needs to eat some damn food.
