Using a filter with that kind of 'tobacco' is a waste of the 'tobacco'. The filter holds back too much of the 'good stuff' like that. :P Just roll a small piece of thick paper/thin carton into a tip and use that.
Also, considering the amount of work, and the space that thing takes up...isn't it better to just roll one with your hands? After a while you get good enough at it that it takes you less time and can do it without a table for support with your hands.
