im not justifying anything.violence has nothing to do with islam.you have to know that islam prohibits the killing of civilians.Islam don't kill anybody and those who are killing in the name of islam don't have the right to do so.

@yirigovna By that logic Muhammad wasn't a true Muslim. When the village of Beni Qurayzah surrendered to Muhammad, he killed all 600 men and enslaved the women and children. Today, such an outrage would be considered an atrocity and a war crime!

Also, in Sura 9:5 it says "Kill the Mushrikun (pagans) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush."

AND YOU'RE TELLING US THAT NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO KILL IN THE NAME OF ISLAM?!

honestly, i try to like Ramadan, he seems genuine in many ways, but then he talks bullshit about "provocation"

these cartoons, books etc, are not "PROVOCATIONS", they are reactions to Muslim intolerance of free thought. the more Muslims demand that their religion be treated with more respect than they would ever give to any other faith/idea, the more the insults will continue. these cartoons werent even graphic, it was just satire and yet over a hundred ppl were killed and embassies burned.

@firdhaus if muslims are so compassionate i suggest you idiots get control of the antisemitic cartoons, books, TV shows that are distributed in islamic countries everyday. why don't jews riot over that? why don't christians riot over the fact that churches aren't allowed in saudi arabia, proselytizing is illegal in other countries?

why don't i and other women riot when women are going to be stoned to death for adultery in iran? we don't go around burning embassies. so you can't either.

@firdhaus no it is not childish to express one's thoughts and feelings through art, with words and drawings. this is adult. what's childish is burning down buildings and killing people over cartoons, books, and movies. THAT'S CHILDISH.

and just so you know, there are 1.4 billion muslims, not 2 billion. we value our freedom of speech over the feelings of muslims, GET USED TO IT. i am a US citizen and that's the law i obey not sharia law.

@karlsmith00 Then i can turn it back to you and say that you need to be more compassionate about feelings of others. It is a basic human courtesy. As i said, although it is ok to do that in your country, others do not see the funny side of it. Remember I said earlier, we are not only citizens of our own country, we are also citizens of the world. What they did affected the feelings of 2 billion people around the world.
