  • Thankyou for sharing your experiences of GAD. I also suffer from GAD. Keep taking your medication and it will help. I wish you all the best and hope you feel better soon.

  • Hi, this is a really late comment and I hope you've already found a way to control your anxiety disorder. But if not, I have some suggestions that might help - I don't believe medication is the only or best cure; in fact, antidepressants and benzodiazepines probably only work to suppress the symptoms of GAD. Perhaps try approaching a psychologist to help you understand why you have GAD in the first place, and work together to find a way to resolve your anxiety. Take care and don't lose faith!

  • I just read what you wrote please know this-

and you don't need to pay for it. I used to live with anxiety, panic, ocd and agarophobi, all of this. Please see my site at: fuentesevangelism.c-o-m

  • I know how hard it must be to be honest on that video. I couldn't admit my problems. But it helped me to hear your story. Thanks

  • Thank you. I appreciate it very much.

  • You're courage is very inspirational. I am quite well versed academically, unfortunately I have let my GAD/agoraphobia get the best of me. I would like so much to get my computer science degree, but, well suffice it to say... I have not gotten very far, barely out of the house. I have to say though, that watching this.. Even though you are describing a bad situation.. Your sheer will is so inspirational, it makes me want to really get out of my stagnant cycle. Hang in there! I wish you the best!

  • Thanks for posting these vids Jose, I can completely relate! Keep them coming!
