  • Put about a quart of transmission fluid when you fill it up

  • It there a part number or size on the McMaster Carr viton o-rings

  • You can buy the o-rings from McMaster Carr, their made from viton, you won't have replace it again for along time, you get pack of 12 for 5$ I think I paid.

  • another thanks for the video, just getting ready to do my 03! FYI if you go to a diesel repair shop they have an aftermarket seal kit for the whole housing that has the seals, and it's only 13 bucks!

  • There are 3 rubber fuel lines going to that fuel bowl the will dry rot.. you can get the line at napa.. cut it to fit and take your time its a nice tight area but pretty simple
