For the make-overs in my opinion:
Kay needs a buzz cut or no hair! Her face can handle it!
Veronica needs a side bang. Ingrid needs a black weave.
Amy would look stunning with platinum blonde long wavy/curly weave with violet or auburn highlights IMO, lose the excess of mascara love.
Joss needs a curled-out bob cut.
Lana needs liberty spikes, jokes. :P
