Tax rates during Ike and Clinton, were higher on the rich than they are now. Yet the country saw historical economic growth. Since Reagan's devolution, we've seen the average American income remain stagnant, lower taxes for the rich, and the cost of living skyrocket. It's a historical fact. Education up. Food up. Gas up.
