Pac Is Back - Pac-Man Television Show 3D Footage

It's a bit blurry due to the stereoscopic 3D effects, but here's the video preview that Namco Bandai showed off at E3 last week for its potential Pac-Man TV show produced by former Marvel Studios CEO Avi Arad and animated by Sprite Animation Studios/OLM Digital Inc.

As you can tell from this trailer, Arad and Namco Bandai have a very different vision of Pac-Man than what you might remember from the classic arcade game. The proposed show follows a teenage Pac-Man as he tries to make it through high school while also defend Pac-Land from invading ghosts.

"We feel we have a unique opportunity to have an action adventure, human interest story," said Arad, according to a report from Variety. "We don't know what happened to Pac-Man's parents. He's the only yellow one in Pac-Land; what does that mean? Is it a social statement? We'll find out."

-Evil has a new plan

-Pac tries to stop it, but gets beaten

-Gets new machine or new power pellet power

-Uses it

-Foils plan

Seriously, this reboot will suck. i am predicting fall of both Mega Man and Pac Man. New mega man is waay to old and fat, while new pacman is waay to young. Its PacMAN not PacBOY, so make him now 30 like he was 25 in world 3. Mega Man is pretty mutch Teenager and not 40 year old dressed up Genator who was eating burgers for his destiny.The biggest dissapointment is that original companies screwed them

this trailer was shown as one of the previews of craig armstrong and friends the movie in theaters. but this show will be on tv the name is david block on the case it is going to be on 3/6/2009 on thecw4kids 4/5/2010 on the qubo block and 11/21/2011 on the hub
