@izzyallen98 dont worry the needle isnt that bad when i get my cavities drilled they give me the needle and it hardly ever hurts

I just got back form the dentist and had my front teeth drilled and filled :D

I got one today actually I was petrified of the needle and drill but it wasn't bad at all like that mans showing it the numbed my gum with a wee spray then stuck the needle in then I had to wait in the waiting room to get it drilled I could feel parts of it which were a wee bit annoying so I made a wee weird sound but my dentist is really kind and every time I did it he asked me if I was ok so it wasn't as scary as I thought wasn't scary at all! My mum said I was brave (: didn't cry or scream l

Getting a cavity filled hurts worse than getting a wisdom tooth pulled, I had one pulled and it was impacted and it didn't hurt at all.

@Bella0479 i just got a cavity filled today its no big deal! the worst is the fear of the shot, but it is not bad at all. just make sure you ask your dentist to be gentle

@Krieger91 When I was younger, I drank lots of soda. I'm a huge Coke fanatic as well, and drink on a regular basis. I didn't brush my teeth much back then, but cavities weren't much of an issue. Braces came on fine and off fine. Over the course of 10-13 years, my enamel got worn down extensively. Your enamel is a permanent layer, often the reason crowns are replaced over when they are too worn down. So despite 5-8 brushes a day, I still get cavities easily. No need to presume, man.
