It was Meacham's 3rd and final start in the Cup Series. He attempted to qualify at Rockingham in October 1991, but failed.

I think Bill Meacham has to be one of the worst NASCAR drivers of all time. He couldn't even stay out of the way.

Bill Beacham was an absolute failure in Nascar. Just one Nascar start and he gets parked.
