  • @Svittidiu

In my books that makes it a great sub move

  • Cobrinha - It's time for you to do a No-Gi dvd set!

  • It's not a neck crank, the head is not being forced out of its normal range of motion. He is just angling and pushing the neck into his thigh to put the choke on.

  • Triangles from hell, Brought to you by Cobrinha.

  • This is a horrible submission move. The pressure and torsion in the neck are just unbearable.

  • cu

  • EVIL triangle variations in case you wanna cripple your opponent...

  • @bubbasbjj Yeh thought so, thanks for the reply!

  • @DanWilsonEnglan if i was reffing i wouldnt allow it. it puts alot more pressure on the neck and has a lot of potential for hurting someone. just turning his head like that is a nono. but take the risk if you want. you run a risk of either hurting your training partners or getting DQed in competition.

  • is the one at 1:11 legal? i thought neck cranks werent allowed? Unless i'm misunderstanding the move... what would make the opponent submit?
