TAG Heuer should be pronounced as "tehg hoy-uh". The brand was founded by Edouard Heuer in a French Swiss region. His last name is German so "hoy-uh" is right. He named the brand simply as "Heuer" at first. Then, Technique d'Avant Garde, abbv. TAG, based in Luxembourg, bought Heuer in 1985, and formed TAG Heuer. TAG in this case does not mean "day" like in German. It means Vanguard Technics from French. Therefore, it should be "tehg" or seperately as "teh-ah-jeh" with French pronunciation. :)
