You know, I'm a Steve Allen fan and a Zappa fan. I have to admit Steve comes off a little condescending and Zappa tries to come off with dignity. I get how it seems like a joke at first but I think there should have come a point in the interview when Steve is a little less jokey and jerky. He was a real musician himself and I would have thought he'd be a bit more understanding and reverential. Still fun. Thanks for posting.

how mind blowing is to see frank hear, then I saw him in 1976 with edgar winter inthe old salt lake terrace ball room, now that was a freak show the cats where evrywhere, good freaks bad freaks all the freaks, WOW talk about contrast
