On our first day in Poggibonsi, we went out to pick up some provisions. On the way back we went past a pizza restaurant, Ristorante Rigogolo, and since we were too tired to make dinner, decided to stop and try out the food. It was very good.
The pizaolo, Sergio Scotto, was a master of efficiency and perfection in making pizza.
