This is some raw footage I shot of an awesome tornado near Shattuck, Oklahoma on May 4th, 2007. Video content property of Nathan Hoelting. Copyright 2007
I would have to guess it was F3 at the start and fizzled down to an F2 when it started to rope. Shattuck's like what, 30 miles or so from Woo? Go through Fargo, Gage, and then you hit Shattuck. I hope we don't have another season like 1999. That was a record setting season. May 3. I think we got our average amount of tornado season tornados in that one day. That was nuts. At least we do get some warning so we can pack some shit and head for shelter. I hope we don't get anything this year.
I don't live far from Shattuck. I live in Woo. I wonder if this was the same day the tornado sirens went off about 4 times in one day in Woo. That one don't look very powerful, F3 maybe at the most.
