At the time of this video the property was still in the works. It has already been sold for a profit and Bill is off to his next investments.

This is one of the most complex real estate transactions I've ever seen. Thanks to the training Bill received he avoided the 3 most common mistakes made in real estate, fudging with the numbers, having back up sources of funds, and bringing a team together.

The deal did not work at first until he discovered a better use for the land (something overlooked by all other investors who previously looked at the house)

He had 3 different sources of funds which he ended up needing as the property had more issues than anticipated.

He had to subdivide the land and instead of trying to do it himself he got someone from his team who's got experience to do it for him.
