@kularulz Most of these moves can be (and were in the past) done by skinny guys with little muscle; all you need to be able to do is to be strong enough to do a vertical pushup, and anything afterwards you gain from practising, afaik. You don't need to be the hulk and weightlift 5 times a week; just low body fat and consistent exercise on your arms and abdominals should do.

@kularulz since you asked consider doing locked positions with weight pushing the envelope I do 45 seconds each set 5 times or 3 positions same workout maximizing resistance this is if you were serious. Also adding 15,000 iu's of vitamin D3 a day help great with recovery once levels build up. You can get it at walmart 5000 potency max strength for 6 dollars
