  • i'm really interested in getting implants ever since i had my first child and noticed they started to sag/drop, just have some questions:: is it best to have the breast implants infront of the muscle or behind?? and if i get breast implants will it effect breastfeeding if i decide to have another child?? this video help me understand what happens
