I wanted to just call the repairman, but watching this video gave me the confidence for my husband and I to do it ourselves. I mean if you could do it with one arm, we ought to be able to figure it out. We screwed the baffles in from the bottom so we didn't have to take off the top. And we found 2 dimes in one of the baffles! Thanks for the help!!
