P.S. The second metal coat is for platinum only. I don't know about the 1st one for Diamond or Pearl

Yup! You get two Metal Coats. One in Iron Island and one in Byron's house (he will talk to you after the Elite 4.)

Actually, I believe it IS Scizor.

Scyther evolves into Scizor when traded, whilst holding a Metal Coat.

Therefore ranguh is right in 'go get a scizor'; as he is now able to go get.. a scizor.
